I am trying to think of one person I have known in forty-plus-years of living no matter the circumstance or experience they are ALWAYS HAPPY! Is there such a person born or alive on planet earth? Email me and tell me if you know such an individual. Don't get me wrong, I believe such people exist, I just don't know of any. However, I do know some remarkable people who have had some death-defying moments and experiences and through it all they have remained bold, positive and stead-fast. They may not have been happy 24/7 but they have been faithful to good, love and courage.

I believe peace, good and love is what is missing in the 21st Century! Perhaps we all need to get back to the basics of peace, good and love within and around! In other words, we need to be happy first within before we can share happiness with others around. Realistically, I don't believe you can be an entrepreneur, single mother or father, married, professional, student or most jobs or careers and NOT for a minute or a day be unhappy, sad or unaffected by the world . Just yesterday, I was saying to a small group of friends over a meal we are directly affected by our generational genes whether we believe it or not. It is as if as humans we are all pre-programmed through our DNA before birth.  If in disbelief, you are thinking what on earth are you talking about read this article. GO! You will be astonished at what many people regardless of their age do not study, consider or know.

In fact, we have "multiple genes" affecting everything we think, say or do! GO! Your genes could be the reason why you are intellectual, Christian, Atheist, Lesbian, Gay, a Murderer, Thief or other! We actually live in a very complexed universe and the world as people are just a small mirror prone to disease, intelligence or error of what living and life is all about. I guess, we all need to research and read more! Children and teens will never understand the universe being entertained by lifestyles, gangs and video-games of the world.

Do You Have Happy and Successful Genes?

Who is your favorite mentor and role-model? If you do not have one or cannot think of one, take a trip to your local book-store (regardless of your age) today! Inside book-stores, you have resources to a wealth of information from the minds and genes of millions of people around the world. Indeed, you can also use the library or the Internet, but there is something special about book-stores they have the latest and the best-selling products and material at your finger-trips in hard-back, soft-back, video, DVD or CD. There is also the aroma and ambiance of fresh coffee and like-minded people searching and reading information! Book-stores are really a world of global minds!

So here is the million-dollar question? Do you have happy and successful genes? If you are saying, thinking or speaking the word or slang: "No" or "Dunno" think again and change your words to "Not now, but soon!" It is ok to dream and to empower your mind, soul and spirit within! This is called self-talk, faith, prayer or belief! Just like a recording you can record over your negative thoughts or words. If you have not read the above links please do so now. This is more than an article this is motivational life coaching therapy. I am sure if you listen to yourself and write down your thoughts and your actions in real-time you will see a pattern of words, thinking and actions you are using for better or worse. Ask yourself where have I gotten my recordings of mind, soul and spirit from? Who do you sound like? If you sound just like your Mother or Father (adopted or biological) or any other is this good or bad? Lets define good and bad as healthy or destructive of evil. In other words, are you stressed, argumentative, angry, abusive, manipulative, irresponsible, uncaring or unloving? If these are some or all of your traits then you need SELF-DISCOVERY! You need a way and road of new thoughts, actions and discovery! 

With 2008 bursting into action! Perhaps you have decided I need a new spirit and mind! This is very positive and achievable! You have become tired of the way things are within and around and the time has come for change! Fear not! You are reading the right article and website! You love and respect your parents, family or friends but you cannot keep acting or telling lies to them or your-self. Does this sound familiar? If yes, start by examining your self-talk. GO! This is the first-step to change within!     

Your self-talk is intellectually and emotionally tied to your DNA and Mind!  What you think or speak you are! That is why Hip Hop, Punk and Rock combined can be devastating on children, teens and youth! What people listen to can certainly change  or manipulate behaviors! GO! If you listen to negative words or actions daily your mind has recorded nothing good! The next thing to happen is sooner or later you begin to believe or get stressed by the constant hearing of such words. The mind can only go in two directions: good or evil! Yet, humankind fails to believe or understand this truth!

In conclusion, I wish you the best of spirit and mind! I pray you never take anything from anyone unresearched! I do believe times are getting harder and truth as always is unpopular in a world of hatred, war or evil!  Just look at the Columbine shooting, Virginia Tech and now open shootings at malls and increasing home-invasions. Then add that to teen pregnancies, gang violence, diseases, illiteracy among all ages and tell me what you see in the next ten or twenty years? I see a world as now gone mad in need of good genes, Spirit to spirit, love, wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
